Mr. Nilanjan Sen is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over 20 years of experience across the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors. He holds a B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering from AMU, Aligarh, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow. He has founded and led multiple ventures, including infrastructure and renewable energy companies, delivering large-scale projects and consultancy for leading organizations such as Tata, Adani, and government institutions. With a strong background in both technology and business development, he has consistently driven innovation, strategic partnerships, and successful project execution.

Dr. Bipul Krishna Saha is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, with around 15 years of experience in energy systems, sustainability, and advanced research. He holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from WBUT, a Ph.D. in Energy and Environment from IIT Kharagpur, and has completed Postdoctoral research at IISc Bangalore. His expertise spans waste heat recovery, hydrogen technologies, carbon capture, and techno-economic modeling. He has contributed extensively to research with multiple international publications and has worked across academia, industry, and sustainability-focused initiatives, driving innovation in clean energy and climate technologies.

Prof. Dr. Ankur Bhattacharjee serves as an Adviser. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, and brings over 10 years of experience in research, development, and academia. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering (Renewable Energy) from IIEST Shibpur. With a strong academic and research background, he has made significant contributions to advanced engineering solutions and innovation, playing a key role in shaping research strategies, technology development, turnkey projects, and fostering scientific excellence.

Prof. Dr. Tapas Kumar Bandyopadhya is a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering at IIT Kharagpur. He holds a Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur and is recognized for his research in advanced materials, particularly the development of Fe-TiC and Fe-ZrC metal matrix composites using low-cost and waste-derived raw materials. His work focuses on sustainable materials engineering and innovative approaches to resource utilization.

Prof. Dr. Bandhan Bandhu Majumdar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. With expertise in civil and structural engineering, he is actively involved in teaching, research, and academic development. Based at the Hyderabad campus, he contributes to advancing engineering education and research, while also engaging with industry and professional networks.

Mr. Tanmoy Ghoshal is associated with IIT Kharagpur and is recognized for his work in engineering and research. With a strong academic background, he has contributed to advancing knowledge in his field through technical expertise and innovation. Mr. Saurav Gayan is a dedicated Mechanical 3D Designer with a strong foundation in engineering design and modeling. He specializes in creating accurate and efficient 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings using industry-standard CAD tools. With experience in product design and mechanical assemblies, he ensures functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness in his work. Detail-oriented and quality-driven, he has a solid understanding of materials, tolerances, and production processes. He is passionate about solving engineering challenges and continuously enhancing his skills to contribute to innovative and precise design solutions.

Prof. Dr. Sandip Ghosal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela. His research primarily focuses on computational electromagnetics, microwave and radar systems, applied machine learning, and next-generation wireless communication technologies such as 5G/6G. He completed his Ph.D. in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from IIT Kharagpur in 2020, with research centered on electromagnetic modeling and antenna systems. Prior to joining academia, he also gained industry experience as a software engineer at MathWorks, contributing to engineering and RF-related applications. With a strong blend of academic and industry expertise, Prof. Ghosal has contributed to advanced research in antenna design, electromagnetic analysis, and data-driven engineering systems. He is actively involved in guiding research scholars and advancing innovative solutions in modern communication and sensing technologies.

Prof. Dr. Samiran Das is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Data Science and Engineering at IISER Bhopal. He completed his PhD from the Advanced Technology Development Center at IIT Kharagpur in 2020, where his research focused on signal separation from hyperspectral remote sensing images under the guidance of Prof. Aurobinda Routray and Prof. Alok Kanti Deb.
Following his PhD, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Helmholtz Institute Freiberg for Resource Technology in Germany with Prof. Pedram Ghamisi and Dr. Richard Gloaguen. He has also served as an Assistant Professor at JIS University and the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, and worked as a Research Engineer at Micelio Labs, Bangalore.
His research interests span signal and image processing, machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, and remote sensing. He is actively involved in the academic community, serving as an editor for a special issue on hyperspectral image processing in Frontiers in Imaging and as a Track Chair for the IEEE INSTCon 2026 conference.

Dr. El Mouatez Billah Messini is a renewable energy researcher with experience at the Technical University of Crete, specializing in solar–hydrogen integration and energy storage optimization for oil and gas applications. Focused on driving sustainability through advanced methods such as Fick’s Law and NSGA-II to reduce CO₂ emissions while enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
With over a decade of experience as an electrical engineer and three years as an electrical safety trainer, brings a multidisciplinary perspective to energy challenges. Passionate about transforming traditional energy systems through innovative green hydrogen solutions to support a more sustainable future for the oil and gas industry.

Dr. Asit Kumar Mishra Asit Kumar Mishra is a Research Engineer and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow specializing in indoor air quality and occupant-centric building design. His work focuses on understanding how people interact with built environments and using those insights to create healthier, more adaptive indoor climates. By combining human factors, behavioral interventions, and post-occupancy research, he develops evidence-based strategies that enhance comfort, well-being, and building performance. His research contributes to the advancement of smart, responsive buildings where occupants play an active role in shaping sustainable and health-focused indoor environments.
